Dr. Daniel Cuozzo, DO
Dr. Daniel Cuozzo, DO, received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Science, in Des Moines, Iowa in 1981. He completed his internship at Fitzsimons AMC, in Aurora, Colorado, in 1988, and a residency in Dermatology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C., in1994.
Prior to starting Dermatology and following completion of his residency, Dr. Cuozzo served as Commander Bravo Company 326, Medical Battalion 501st Infantry Division, during Desert Storm and as Chief Dermatology Service at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, from 1994-1996.
Joining Beebe Medical Group in 2012, Dr. Cuozzo is a provider in the Beebe Dermatology office. In addition, he currently serves as Interim President of the Beebe Medical Group, as well as Chief Medical Officer for the group. Dr. Cuozzo continues to be actively involved in many medical group and medical center activities, including being a member of the 1916 Club.

Jonathan C. Cook, MBA
Jonathan Cook has served as Vice President of Operations of Beebe Medical Group since October 2015, after originally being recruited to Beebe Medical Group (BMG) as Director -Practice Administration, in 2014. During this period, the medical group has experienced a rapid expansion and currently boasts 19 medical practices, which include school-based wellness centers, primary care and a wide array of varied medical specialties, located in 25 locations. A staff of nearly 350 BMG employees currently support the medical group, which reflects over 240,000 annual patient encounters and 120 highly skilled medical providers.
Prior to joining BMG, Jonathan Cook served in similar capacities over the past 15 years in several health systems. Most recently, he served as the Vice President of Physician Services at Shore Regional Health, in the University of Maryland Medical System. Additionally, Jonathan has served in financial roles in the medical service lines of public health, academia, home health, as well as holding an equity position in a nationally based ophthalmic surgical group culminating in a successful IPO.
