Primary Care

Primary Care Physician (PCP) is a physician or medical doctor specializing either in internal medicine, pediatric medicine, or family or general practice, providing both first hand care for a person with undiagnosed health concern and continuing care for patients with varied medical conditions. A PCP provides preventative care, teach healthy lifestyle choices, identify and treat common medical conditions, assess the urgency of a patient's medical problems, direct patients to the best place for their care, and refer and help coordinate referrals to medical specialists when  necessary.
